Mr. Armando Lopez Gallego was assaulted by the Head of the Party Nucleus at Salvador Pascual Elementary School, and also by the Head of the cycle, Alvaro Morales. Both persons humiliated and intentionally harmed don Armando, causing physical and psychological trauma to him. The cruel treatment received by Mr. Armando, who is a mathematics teacher in this institution, is due solely to his sexual orientation, since he is homosexual.
