Officers threaten activist with arrest, and also with make him disappear

"UNPACU activist Harnaldo Nicó Roche was giving a speech in the middle of a public street criticizing the municipal government for the shortage of medicine and food, when the State Security captain, Neuri Duran Pajan, together with the captain of the PNR and the sector chief of the area called La Playa, threatened to arrest him if he continued to speak. They also told him that they were not going to allow him to cause any more disturbance and if they had to make him disappear, they were going to do so."
