UNPACU Activist Detained and Threatened



The activist was leaving home to go to the house of the secretary of the UNPACU. Upon leaving, the Wilber and Salvador agents approached him and detained him, claiming he was planning to alter the order with anti-regime propaganda. Consequently, they took the activist to the micro unit 9, where he remained for 6 hours. He was threatened with death if he continued his activism within the UNPACU.
