Independent journalist Roberto Guerra is detained and his personal belongings are confiscated



Roberto de Jesús was arrested by customs officers who were ordered to do so by The State Security in the José Martí National Airport, Terminal 3, on his return from Mexico City. They confiscated several documents from different international bodies such as the CIDH, RSF, CPJ, SIP, UN, among others. He was detained for 6 hours. He has been threatened on several occasions with being sent to prison and with being killed.
