Activist from Cienfuegos obliged to stay at home during the visit of the Cuban President

From 13 February, 2020, an activist from the Cuban Rexletion Movement (MCR), Tailí Fortún Curbelo, was obliged to stay at home for 72 hours. The reason for that measure was a visit of the current President of Cuba Miguel Díaz Canel in the province. They took her phone and her house was under strict surveillance for the whole period.
