Activists obliged to stay at home during a visit of Cuban President

On 13 February 2020, several activists from the Cuban Reflection Movement from Cienfuegos were obliged to stay in their houses, namely a couple Francisco Heriberto Rodríguez Juanes and Tailí Fortún Curbelo and Luis Nelson Fornaris Carrascosa. The activist could not leave their homes for 72 hours due to a visit of the Cuban President, Miguel Díaz Canel, in the city. During this period, their cell phones were confiscated and their houses were put under strong surveillance.
