Since the early morning of July 18, Mr. Henry Couto Guzmán was detained in his own home by the state security agencies. Officer Victor or David Calzado showed up and threatened him about the number of punches he would be given if he leaves his house. He also reminded him of what happened on July 11 when an armed government attacked the peaceful people who only came out to ask for change and freedom.
