Cuban government denies aid to citizens affected by natural disaster

After the occurrence of a natural disaster, that affected severely the home of a lot of citizens, the President of the Popular Power Carlos Marrero Hernández and the head of the Department of Housing and Physical Planning, Antonio Delfino Alcántara and Corrado Velez Tavera told the affected population that the country was going through very difficult times and that their situations could not be resolved for now, that they should each try to solve what they could.
