Mailen Martínez Milián is a single mother of four children. She has to share her household with other 12 members of her family, among them uncles and aunts, grandparents and cousins. The situation is getting very difficult as she does not have any privacy for raising and educating her children. She has already asked the State for a help several times, for example a social worker from her neighborhood, a representative of her district and Provincial Government. However, nobody has been able to help her to figure out the situation.
