Activist arrested for opposing to an unjust fine

In the afternoon of November 19 several patrols, including Major Turro, chief of police, showed up in front of the house of an activist to conduct an operation in which the activist was violently arrested amid insults from police officers. The activist was detained due to his protest to an unjust fine that he got on November 16th. He was taken to the 24th Park Unit, where he was interviewed by Chief of Confrontation Kevin and by Major Morgan, second in command of the State Security Department. The agents informed him that if he continued with this attitude he could be returned to prison. The activist responded by claiming his rights, saying that he could express himself in any way he wanted, verbally or in writing, since that is a right recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The arrest lasted about 4 hours, he was released on the condition of remaining calm and with the promise that his problem would be resolved.
