UNPACU activist summoned by State Security and fined



Bartolo Cantillo Romero is an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU). On 4 September, 2020, was summoned to the police unit called Operations. In the unit, he was received by State Security officials Víctor and Diosnory. They threatened him and created him a criminal record for dangerousness. Moreover, he was fined 3000 pesos by agent Espect for exercising his right to freedom of expression on social media which goes, according to the officials, against the Cuban Revolution.
