On 10 January 2019, Lázaro González Duboy was detained by a sector police chief from the his residencial zone for an alleged disturbance of public order. The true reason was that Lázaro and his friends were expressing their views on a project of the new constitution, which was, according to them, badly defined, mostly harming for the population and most of the articles favourable only for the government. Then Lázaro started to shout that he would not vote for this project. The official hit him in the face, causing him an injury. He was detained for more than 24 hours and then released. He was also issued an official warning, claiming that if he kept provoking people, he would be prosecuted for disobedience.
