On August 5, 2014 the victim Yunier Balon Suárez was cited for prevention unit at Guantanamo. There he was arrested and beaten to confess about the loss of 1 cattle. He refused this. The center is a military base of the parish office where was imprisoned two months without explaining him real situation. Lt. Col. Ciomar beat him to speak. In addition to telling that he was who would pay for the loss. During the detention he had no right to take a lawyer.
