Police arbitrarily search the home of the victim and seize her animals

They searched the house of the victim without her being present. Afterwards they conducted a search of the house of her son, and when they didn't find any evidence they appeared at the victim's house. They conducted a search and took posession of the animals she has, to investigate her, although there has never been any complaint against her.
