Yoel Acosta Games, activist and reporter for the news agency ADN Cuba, was detained on his way back from visiting the head municipality of Guantánamo province. As he got out of the car he was traveling in at the entrance to his home, four state security officers (DSE) rushed at him. They told him that he would have to get on the motorcycle and took him to the police station. There they left him in the living room and told him that they knew he was coming from Anderlay's house and that he was bringing a means of work. They asked him to take everything out of his backpack to search it. He handed them the camera he was carrying and I told him that the camera was his, that it had nothing to do with work and that he had only gone to pick it up with Anderlay. When they were about to release him, the unit chief told him that they wanted to talk to him, they took him up to the MININT delegation, where he was given a record of the handing over of the media, they told him that they had the right to check the camera and they gave it to him, with the magazine broken. He was released until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The MININT officer ended by telling him that he should tell him when he was going to leave Baracoa or else he would not be allowed to leave.
