When Celina Osoria Claro was leaving her house, she was detained by State Security officials (DSE) known as Edwin Jefferson or Kevin and Víctor Víctor. Celina was planning to visit the Santa Catalina de Ricci in order to attend the Sunday Mass. When she left her house, she was stopped by them and detained. She was taken to the DSE detention center known as Operations. There, she was accused of distributing anti-government posters which appeared the day before in the city of Guantánamo. She was released at 7:30 next morning without any further consequences.
