Marcos Antonio was arrested by the officer Kevin of the political police in the patrol car 612, when he headed the headquarters of UNPACU at Guantanamo in order to go to the province of Santiago de Cuba to participate in the Mass in the Catholic Church to support Ladies in White and the campaign "Todos Marchamos" for freedom of political prisoners.
He was taken to the police station, where he stayed until one in the afternoon. There, he received threat by the first Lieutenant Giorvis Odelin Lamoth that would take him to prison for the crime of pre-criminal dangerousness and they gave him a warning.
