Luz Maria and her family live in poor conditions

Mrs. Luz Maria lives with her 13-year-old grandson who suffers from allergy and with her 40-year-old daughter who has diabetes (type 1). Since 2002, their house was declared as collapsed and the family does not have economic resources to be able to fix that house. Currently, they run the risk that what remains of the roof will fall on them, then they do not have proper access to water, they have problems with electricity, and when it rains the, few things that they own get wet etc. Luz María states that the government has deprived her of her fundamental right of having adequate housing and good quality of life.
