An UNPACU activist from Guantánamo threatened by State Security on the street

In the afternoon, on 9 July 2019, a human rights activist Henry Couto Guzmán was riding his bike through the Pedro and Pérez Street. Suddenly, a Gelly car approached him and a State Security official known as Kevin told him: “Couto, it is so easy, we can always catch you.” After that, he instructed a man at the age of 25 sitting at the backseat that this was the man, meaning Couto Guzmán, he would have to chase after and thus he should carefully look at his face. The young man replied that he would take care of him. After this threat, Couto Guzmán called them assassins and pronouncing loudly his own name, the car disappeared from the scene.
