A man from Guantánamo detained and intimidated while carrying home some necessary goods

Reynier Losano Campos was intersected by several inspectors and the sector police chief of the Center Zone when he was walking down the street with a bag full of essential goods for his household. They asked him to show them the receipts and to explain where he got all the products. Losano Campos did not have the receipts neither get a chance to explain where he bought the goods. Then the officials confiscated them all and fined him 2000 pesos. When he protested, he was driven to the police unit known as Parque 24 where he was detained for more than 4 hours. He was also warned that if he was caught again, he would be prosecuted for disobedience.
