Aiser Roque Rivero was summoned on July 14, 2021 to the PNR station, where he was accused of promoting the protests of July 11, 2021, for this reason he was arrested and sent to a criminal investigation in Caibarien. On July 19 of the same year, the Municipal Prosecutor's Office of Placetas imposed a precautionary measure of provisional imprisonment in the penitentiary center "La Pendiente". He was released on August 23, 2021 with a sanction of 2,000 CUP for crimes of low dangerousness.
