On July 14, 2021, Yusniel Milan González was summoned to the PNR station, being there he was accused and arrested of being one of the promoters of the 11J. He was sent to the criminal investigation in Caibarien, on July 19 of the same year, the Municipal Prosecutor's Office of Placetas imposed a precautionary measure of provisional imprisonment and sent him to the penitentiary center "La Pendiente". On August 23, 2021 he was released with a fine of 3,000 CUP (115.77 €) for alleged dangerousness.
