Human rights activist, Bartolo Cantillo Romero, was going to the UNPACU headquarter in Santiago de Cuba. In the departure bus terminal, he and three other activists were detained by State Security officials Kevin, Sergio, Olvi, and Yuniel. Bartolo was taken in patrol car #602 to the police unit known as Parque 24. Here, he was interrogated by Kevin, who threatened to take him to prison if he participated in counterrevolutionary meetings. He was released the next day at 10 am.
