Human right defender threatened by State Security

Rafael was summoned to the police station called Parque 24 on 12 January at 10 am. When he arrived, he was received and interrogated by State Security officials known as Sergio and Kevin or Jefferson. They told him, that José Daniel Ferrer, the founder of the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), just wants to misuse him and they are able to offer him whatever he needs. They also added, that if he wanted to go to the UNPACU headquarters in Santiago de Cuba, he would not get there and if he got involved again in UNPACU activities, he would be imprisoned, because this time it would not be as before.
