Family with an elderly person and a sick child living in a building about to collapse

Gretel Bello Machado lives with her mother, an elderly woman, her husband and two children in a building that is about to collapse. According to the Municipal Housing Authority, there is no possibility of relocating them until the house is repaired. For its part, the Municipal Directorate of Commerce requires them to repair the warehouse located in the basement of the house because they do not have the resources to repair it. As a consequence of the conditions of the house, and given his asthmatic and allergic conditions, his oldest son has presented severe consequences in his health to the point of having to be admitted for psychological sequel such as hair loss.
