On 22 August 2019, Mr. Alexei Brizo was summoned to the police unit known as Parque 24 where he was received by the State Security official Raul. He started showing him documents which were saying that Alexai was a dangerous element and they had the evidence that he was in touch with Mr. Henry Couto, who was visiting him in order to get him involved in the counterrevolutionary activities and other crimes. The victim simply replied that he was free and receiving visits is not a crime.
