Yunia Figueredo is a human rights activist who collaborates with PUNCLI and CID, and is also a journalist for ADN Cuba. In October she was summoned to the Siboney police station, but was never given an official appointment, so she did not show up. On October 17, she was intercepted by two police officers and two State Security agents and taken to the station. There she was interrogated by a DSE colonel, identified as Cosme, together with another officer, and they told her that she was there because of a publication against Díaz-Canel that she had made a few days earlier. They considered that, because it had gone viral and had many views, it constituted a crime. She was given a warning for usurpation of legal capacity, which Yunia did not accept or sign. After being detained for about 4 hours she was released.
