Álvarez Ruíz was summoned by the Sector Chief of his Zone to report to the Reparto Obrero Police Unit. There he was threatened for not having a work relationship and for meeting on the corner with people who are against the regime. He was threatened with bieng applied a danger index if he continued to do so and was finally released that same day after two hours in detention.
