Activist's house surrounded by police

In the morning of December 10th, when the Human Rights Day is celebrated, the activist Henry Couto Guzman was about to leave for the UNPACU headquarters in Guantanamo. When he opened the door of his house, he found out that his house was surrounded by police officers and other policemen or collaborators dressed in civilian clothes. They told him that if he left, he would be arrested. They also intimidated him with sticks. In addition, among the policemen there was a collaborator, who has knowledge of self-defense and which is used to beat. The activist went up to the roof and was able to leave the house without being noticed in order to participate in the UNPACU event.
