Activist was detained to prevent him from going to the UNPACU headquarters



Human rights activist, Diosdel Lores Tissert, was on his way to the UNPACU headquarters in Guantánamo with his partner to participate in activities for Human Rights Day, when on San Lino Street and 3 South, he was detained and taken by police officers and State Security agents to the police station. Here, he was kept for more than four hours. He was threatened by officer known as Kevin or Jefferson with re-imprisonment since he had already been imprisoned before for trying to flee from Cuba. Diosdel did not receive any type of documentation about the detention.
