Celina Osoria Claro was detained by the State Security (DSE) official known as Víctor Víctor along with other policemen. The detention took place when she was walking down the Avenue Street and Moncada and was heading to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. Celina was about to attend the Sunday Mass carried out in the church and to pray for the political prisoners. After that, she was taken to the DSE detention center known as Operations. She was released on the next day, at about 8 am and fined 150 pesos in CUP.
