The victim William Freddy Reyes Mir was heading to home of the national delegate of the Party G Marlon Martorell Quiñones to celebrate the October 10, commemorative day in which Carlos M de Cespedes gave freedom to his slaves. William Freddy was intercepted by the secret police accompanied by law enforcement. They invited him to return home. William Freddy refused. He was brutally pushed into the patrol car, he was handcuffed, causing as William Freddy said unbearable pain because of his somatic troule. He considered this behaviour as a form of torture. William Freddy expressed once in the police station he was taken to the dungeon where he remained until interrogation during this was threaten. There they obliged to leave the party. They do not allow him to protest in the streets, and if he keeps with his activism he would be imprisoned for long time.
