Activist detained by State Security when he was about to participate in Mass and procession

At 8 pm, an activist Mildrey Agüero Torres was detained together with his two colleagues near the church Iglesia del Buen Viaje when they were planning to attend Mass and join the Procession for the Our Lady of Charity. State Security official Erik Francis took an action against the activists who were driven to the Provincial Unit of Criminal Investigations and Operations (UPICO) in Santa Clara. They were kept in the prison cells until the midnight of the same day and then released.
