The victim was detained by the head of the department, the police, and agents of the State Security, while describing the current situation of the country, in the analysis of the constitutional project during the meeting of his Committee for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR). The victim was detained, handcuffed and the authorities applied military techniques, while he was arguing that he had the right to express his point of view and that in Cuba there is no freedom of expression. The victim was brought to the State's Security Unit called Operaciones, where he was accused of resistance. He was then set free after 8 hours, following the issuance of an official warning and a sanction.
