Alejandro Enríquez Sánchez Saldívar was impeded of travelling to Colombia on the 9th of September because he was invited to participate at the X National Congress of General Confederation of Labour. Once at the International Airport José Martí, in La Habana, Immigration Officers told him that he was "regulated" and that was the reason why he could not travel.
