From the early morning, Agueda's house was surrounded by police, paramilitary and secret police agents. At dawn, the police knocked the door. When she opened, the police officers said they had a search warrant and they were going to search her house. They confiscated some sweets, toys and clothes the Ladies in White had bought for the Three Kings' Day. When she asked for a document confirming the confiscation, she was told to come to the 1st Police Department to get one. Agueda claimed the confiscated things back, but she did not receive any response.
