Human rights activist Alain Delgado Rodríguez was summoned to the San Antonio del Sur police unit where he was talked to by officer Alcibiades. He threatened and accused Alain of alleged criminal potential for meetings with counterrevolutionary groups in the municipality of Guantánamo. The victim would not sign the document that the officer wanted him to and the officer threatened to take him to prison for maintaining direct links with the counterrevolutionaries Yoanny Beltrán and Henry Couto, people who, according to the official, threatened the peace and stability of the revolution.
