Celina Osoria Claro was summoned by Captain Wilson to the police station known as Parque 24 at 10 am. When she arrived, she was interrogated by Lieutenant Colonel Mijaíl who is the chief of the unit, and his deputy Captain Wilson. The officials told her that she was summoned because of her activities on the social networks, especially for giving likes and sharing activities of a group who destroys monuments of the Cuban heros, such as spilling animal blood and red color on the monuments of José Martí. According to the officials, based on that she was a fulfilling definition of incitement to commit crimes and defamation of institutions, organizations and heros of the Republic of Cuba. The crime descriptions were read directly from the valid Cuban Penal Code. The official also told her that in case something similar happened in the city, she would be put in jail for these crimes. Then they issued an official warning for the above-mentioned crimes. Celina did not accept, neither signed the document. She was kept in detention at the police station for about two hours and then she was released.
