UNPACU activist threatened on the street

On 2 December 2019, at 8 pm, Henry Couto Guzmán, a human rights activist and a member of the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), was walking down the Los Maceos Street when, on the corner of the intersection Jesús del Sol, he was stopped by State Security officials Luis Ángel and Víctor Víctor accompanied by young men from the Rapid Response Brigade. They threatened him on the street that they will beat him up for his behaviour. "You are pretending to be crazy. These guys will send you to the hospital". That's what the official Víctor Víctor told to Couto Guzmán who did not react at all on this threat and continued his way, taking only illuminated and central streets.
