Giorvis Chivas Castillo was working on his farm. Osvaldo removed some posters from the previous day and picked up some leaflets launched UNPACU activists. He headed for the activists who were at the farm. Osvaldo accused Giorvis for throwing posters and leaflets. Then came the police. The policemen arrested Giorvis. They made records of warnings and threatened him with prison if he continued with that activity.
