Yeider Fuentes Aria was in the place of urban agriculture when a neighbour Osvaldo came. Osvaldo is a government employee who took stickers and gathered leaflets launched by UNPACU activists. He was accused of being responsible for the posters and leaflets. He was transferred to the unit of the second ring of State Security.
