A citizen was arrested in reprisal for having taken part in popular protests on July 12 al La Güinera. He was taken to the Capri police station, and on next day to the Criminal Investigation and Operations Division of 100 and Aldabó, where he lost any sense of time due to him being interrogated during the day or dawn. He was accused of public disorder, but the prosectutorial request was changed to 22 years of jail for to the crime of sedition. He was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
