The victim was summoned on 3 occasions, when he presented himself at the Capri Unit he was arrested and transferred to the prison of 100 and Aldabó, where he was deprived of his liberty for 37 days, this after being accused, without any evidence, of participating in the demonstrations of 11J. He was released on a bail of 2 000 CUP (76.13 €), however he was imprisoned again and taken to a maximum security prison.
