On Sunday, November 14, the victim was summoned to a unit where Victor Victor and Leoni, two MININT officers, were present. The officers warned him that he could not leave his home and furthermore, that if he participated in the public march organized on that date, he would be detained in jail alongside his brother Yordis García.
