Rafael Enrique, an UNPACU activist, was arbitrarily detained by the State Security officer Montalvo when he was going to the headquarters of the UNPACU and then to the Mass in Santuario del Cobre. He was taken to the police unit of the municipality Caimanera. There he was threatened by Colonel Cantillo that if he kept going out to the streets, he would be accused of disobedience.
