Felipe Gonzales Blanco was detained by State Security officers known as Kevin, Gilberto Cata and officers of the National Revolutionary Police. Felipe was heading for the headquarters of the UNPACU in order to later continue to Santiago de Cuba Province to participate in the Mass at the catholic church in the Sanctuary of El Cobre, in support of the Ladies in White and "Todos Marchamos" campaign for freedom of political prisoners.
