On May the 16th 2019 at 7:00 a.m., Leodan was summoned officially to appear in the National Revolutionary Police municipal unit of San Juan y Martínez. Leodan did not attend because she had done nothing and she would only receive threats. Next day, may 17, she had been invited to a meal for the international day against homophobia and transphobia, with ambassador Alexandra Valkenburg and Marriet Schurman from the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Netherlands to discuss the LGTBIQ community situation. Leodan was detained the 16th at 11:40 p.m. until the 17th at 14:30 p.m. During the detention, she was insulted, deprived from any food or medicines and laughed at for being a trans woman. Before she was released, she received a formal notification warning her for public disorder and her will to participate in activities against the country. She was fined with 50CUP (2€) for not attending to the summoning and warned to better stop her activism.
