Acelia Carvajal Montané is a human rights activist and a member of the Cuba Inclusive Network. On Wednesday, 5 December, she was prevented from leaving Cuba. When she was already at the terminal 3 of the José Martí International Airport, the migration officers informed her that she would not be able to travel because her status was "regulated". Carvajal Montané had been invited for a capacity training in Lima, Peru.
