The agent from the Department of State Security (DSE) who is posing as Major Alejandro, showed up at the home of activist Osvaldo Navarro Veloz and left him a summons to appear on Tuesday, 24th March at 10 am in Marianao, for an unknown reason. He also warned him that if he did not appear unjustifiably, he would be fined $20 Cuban pesos ($0.6) and could be charged with the crime of disobedience.
