Lady in White, Celina Osoria Claro intended to go to the Mass of the church Santa Rita de Ricci. As she was traveling through the Pedro Agustín Pérez Street and the Camilo Cienfuegos Avenue, the State Security forces along with the police intersected her and informed her that she could not transit through that area until after 8 am.
